Today, I want to a very serious warning for any software company or collections that postponing software development, using project management approaches such as Scram, Canban or Agile, in software projects such as having a roadmap for a complex trip. The absence of these approaches can cause serious turmoil. Let me open it: 🚀 The Importance of Using Project Management Approach
Team coordination: Everyone knows what to do, who to do, and why it is important to do and what top priority.
Transparency in progress: With tools like the Kanban board or Sprint report, it is easy to find out what the project is in and before finding a critical time to find an appropriate solution.
Quick feedback: Especially in Agile, changes in the product are timely reviewed and implemented.
Better Time and Resources Control: With proper planning, overtime or waste is prevented.
Rapid Identification of Risk and Disadvantages: When you have structure, it is much easier to identify weaknesses.
⚠️ If not used, what happens?
بی Disputes: Team members do not know what to do, and things may be re -worked or left.
🕳️ Lack of transparency: No one knows where the project is, how much remains, or the problems.
Product Low Quality: Without periodic feedback and continuous tests, flaws are late.
Delivery Delay: Lack of effective planning causes the relentages to disappear.
😤 Team and customer dissatisfaction: Neither the team has motivation, no customer feels that progress has made.
Better to get two of my friends who work or have previously worked in this post, I think they are interesting;
