چند ماه پیش به شرکتی مشاوره میدادم که دنبال همکار جدید فروش بود، با همین روش تونستیم تو یک هفته، کارمندی که ۶ ماه دنبالش بودن و پیدا نمیکردن رو بهشون معرفی کنیم.
به نظرم هنر هر فاندر، مدیر یا کارشناس منابعانسانی اینه که بتونه تو شبکههای اجتماعی با افراد ارتباط مثبت و موثر ایجاد کنه.
این راهنمای مختصر رو برای کسانی نوشتم که میدونن روشهای سنتی دیگه جواب نمیده ولی نمیدونن از کجا شروع کنن 🤝
